Your professional field of activity:As a University Assistant (Post doc, 40h/week) your future position is in Prof. Thomas Pfeiffer's team at the Chair of Managerial Accounting of the Department Accounting, Innovation and Strategy, which is part of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Statistics. The duration of employment is limited to 6 years.
Your future tasks:Active participation in research, teaching & administration, which means:
• Completed doctoral/PhD studies in Management, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable field with focus on analytical research.
• Outstanding dissertation
• Experience in publishing of quantitative scientific work (e.g. in the field of Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Production and Operations Management, Organization, Information Economics, Microeconomics or Finance) in peer-reviewed journals is expected.
• Didactic skills / experience in e-learning
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1)
• Good German language skills are preferable
