Online Marketing Specialist (german native speaker)

We are seeking a talented and experienced online marketing specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing our Email & Content marketing strategy by developing, deploying, and optimizing marketing campaigns and automation processes to serve and engage a growing user base of 350k+ crypto enthusiasts worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online marketing, possess skills in automation platforms, and demonstrate a technical understanding of working with field logic, synchronization, automated triggers, and data processes within marketing automation.

Overall, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our marketing practice, allowing you to make a tangible impact on our customers' experiences and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and retention across our Blockpit platform.

• Create, manage, and optimize Email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

• Implement and maintain automated workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and drive personalized communications at various stages of the customer lifecycle.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns with Google Ads.
  
  
• Continuously monitor search terms, manage budgets, and optimize negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend.
  
  

• Monitor and analyze key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, ROAS, and deliverability, to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaign performance for Email and paid search.

• Researching, outlining, drafting, and editing written content in various forms (blog posts, social media posts, landing pages, and more), focusing on topics related to cryptocurrency taxation
  
  
• Applying Blockpit’s brand voice, style, structure, and voice to all copy and content

• Proven experience in online marketing in SaaS environments (preferably in B2C)

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field experience

• Strong technical skills in SQL language and ability to work with fields, synchronization, automated triggers, and data processes

• In-depth knowledge of Email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS

• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices: Understanding email deliverability factors, including authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), Email reputation management, and ISP regulations; as well as legal requirements around email and personalization (GDPR, etc.)

• Proficiency in Google Ads with strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  
  

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret campaign metrics to drive data-driven decision-making

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling content.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Native in German & proficiency in English

• Crypto knowledge / high interest in our fast growing crypto space

Salary ranges between 55.000 - 75.000€, highly depending on your individual qualification and experience. We’re actively seeking applicants of all backgrounds and genders.
