For our client, Siemens Industry Software, we are looking for a Sales & Service Operations Specialist*in for a minimum of 30 (up to 38,5) hours per week effective February 2025.
Your Tasks
- Create service offers and project calculations in collaboration with Sales, Delivery Service, and Business Administration
- Maintain contract documents, process orders in CRM (SFDC), and process customer orders from contract creation to invoicing
- Coordinate and initiate approval & signature workflows while support the standardization and harmonization of internal processes. This includes Cross-departmental coordination and communication with Sales, Sales Support, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, Services, etc.
- Support the Account Teams with quoting, proposal creation, and ensure order submission requirements are met, including processing software maintenance.
- Support and monitor the entire O2O process from submission to final delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
Your Qualifications
- University degree or relevant industrial experience in E2E services/licenses process, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and/or SFDC SalesForce is a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex policies, workflows, and processes; experience in reporting and training/knowledge transfer.
- Excellent German communication skills, and very good English skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-oriented and exact working style; high degree of commitment and professionalism.
Your Perspective
Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary (Full-time Basis) of at least EUR 2.700,- is expected. The final salary agreement will be reached in a personal interview.
