As a Junior Client & Content Administration Manager, you will be part of the Audiovisual (AV) betting unit within the Global Operations Team. We provide dedicated live streaming solutions, including Betradar’s Live Channel, for online and retail bookmakers to increase betting stimulation and entertainment. With streams for over 400,000+ events, we provide the most comprehensive streaming portfolio in the market.
THE ROLE:
You will report to the AV Client & Content Administration Team Lead and will be working closely with the audiovisual sales team setting up and supporting daily administrative and operational duties.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, accurate and eager to help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The role will involve taking responsibility for administrative tasks that form the foundation for the delivery of the audiovisual products. Our international environment, rapidly growing team and scale, broad selection of technically oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Be a dedicated contact for audiovisual operational topics
- Assist in client setup & client administration for various audiovisual products
- Act as a key bridge between product sales and product teams to assure proper setup and delivery of audiovisual products
- Monitor and accurately update multiple documents & systems, track the audiovisual program across the Sportradar digital distribution system(s)
- Setup, prepare and document client-related activities in our CRM systems and tools (AVCMP, Salesforce, JIRA, Qlik Sense, Confluence, etc)
- Maintain open communication with other departments and teams as well as partners all around the globe to both gather and distribute appropriate scheduling information
- Regularly review content across digital properties for accuracy in scheduling and implementation
- Incident handling, error analysis, and rectification to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Independent support and consultation of our customer inquiries
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Economics or successfully completed school education (e.g. AHS, HAK, HBLA, HLW, HTL).
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Exceptional work ethic with ability to work independently and act proactively.
- Strong and credible interest as well as understanding in various sports.
- Understanding of the sports betting eco-system is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and profound knowledge of MS-Office.
- Technical affinity and good numerical reasoning considered advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in an additional European language considered an advantage.
- Open-mindedness towards taking over shifts also on weekends.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
