Task Responsibilities:
- Develop the relationship with the customer base and use the acquired knowledge to strive continually to improve the ratio of enquiries to bookings
- Manage and maximize available capacity on designated traffic lanes using existing support tools in coordination with Headquarter
- Process with quotations, reservations and booking of cargo shipments in coordination with Headquarter Reservation Department
- Coordinate cargo ground handling actions with the ground handling and trucking companies (trucks, cranes...)
- Update details on accepted cargo into the Cargolux system in order to allow tracing and final invoicing to customer
- Monitor the customers' claims
- Attend Cargolux flights at Vienna airport on an operational basis, as required
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cargo booking office and operational knowledge are necessary
- Being self motivated and a good team spirit
- Able to work in stressful situations and tight time constraints
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communicate effectiveley and assertively and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Internal and External Customers
- Proficient in MS Office applications
