Job DescriptionSTRATEGIC PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
You will take the lead in developing and maintaining a project portfolio that aligns seamlessly with Red Bull’s organizational goals. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will prioritize initiatives based on strategic importance, resource availability, and overall business impact. Supporting Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions, you will help initiate and set up projects that deliver on strategic objectives. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will monitor progress, track major deliverables, and coordinate dependencies to ensure success across functions. You will also provide tools to assess project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies, ensuring the achievement of desired outcomes.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE & METHODOLOGY
You will apply Red Bull’s global project management frameworks to ensure the consistent and efficient execution of initiatives. By leveraging your expertise in change management, you will help align teams and stakeholders with project goals, facilitating collaboration toward achieving common objectives.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Building strong relationships will be at the core of your responsibilities. You will foster meaningful relationships with both internal teams and external partners, acting as the central point of contact. By gathering insights and feedback, you will ensure all stakeholders remain aligned with the project objectives and vision.
WORKSHOPS & MEETINGS
You will also play a key role in preparing and leading sessions tailored to different audiences, including senior management, project contributors, and business experts. These sessions will ensure clear communication and alignment at all levels of the organization.
PERFORMANCE REPORTING
You will develop detailed dashboards and reports to provide transparency into project portfolio performance. By analyzing trends, risks, and dependencies, you will deliver actionable insights to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain high standards of execution.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
You will lead initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools, partnering with stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes. You will also ensure comprehensive documentation of lessons learned and best practices, fostering knowledge sharing and driving long-term improvements in how projects are managed.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
Proficiency in English is a must; German is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in PMO or strategic program/project management roles within Operations.
Demonstrable expertise in project portfolio management and strategic planning.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, and tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project.
Proven ability to manage high-impact projects with structured and autonomous execution.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A team player with entrepreneurial spirit, personal energy, and end-to-end thinking.
Leadership capabilities to inspire and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
