Operations Associate, Courier Communications

As a Courier Communications Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our communication with courier partners, ensuring they receive a world-class experience throughout their Wolt journey. This position demands a blend of creativity, writing expertise, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. You’ll need a proactive mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operations specialists, the broader country team, and external partners.

What you'll be doing

• Crafting and optimizing courier engagement content using internal tools, including newsletters, in-app messages, push notifications, chatbots, and web pages.
• Maintaining and editing web pages to provide an outstanding courier experience.
• Streamlining processes, procedures, and communication channels for improved efficiency.
• Monitoring courier performance metrics and overseeing funnel execution.
• Guiding new courier applicants through the onboarding process.
• Managing direct communication with courier partners, including handling inquiries, creating information materials, and maintaining the inbox.
• Supporting daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.
