Driving project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications.
Tracking and monitoring by utilizing project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
Improving and documenting the workflows and processes for the certification and audit team.
Planning meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into this process.
Driving the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time.
Being main contact person for internal and external auditors and the Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders.
