CEO Assistant & Lead Office Management (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage a complex & demanding schedule (different time zones) and coordinating meetings
- Travel Management: Manage travel arrangements and travel expenses
- Correspondence: Draft/proofread variety of documents, incl. correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, as assigned, and provide administrative support for various initiatives
- Relationship Management: Build & maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Leading the Assistance pool & Office Management team, development talks with Assistants and Office Manager
- Preparing ExCom and Supervisor Board Meetings (collecting topics/distribute agenda & Presentations) via Brainloop Service
Requirements/Professional experience:
- Completed Higher Education in Business Administration, International Economics or relevant studies
- Very good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and advisory skills as well as stakeholder management skills (C-Level)
- Fluency in Business English (written & verbal)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple (ad hoc) tasks at the same time
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company
- Experience in working with C-Level positions
- Experience in dealing with confidential information (personal & business)

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement amounts to € 54.727,68 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
