ESG Compliance Expert (f/m/d)

Your main tasks in this role are:

• In this role, you will be responsible for ESG compliance related topics with focus on monitoring & reporting, communication with stakeholders, and coordination of ESG compliance initiatives
• You will participate in expert groups and validate initiatives in light of our ESG compliance management system by following globally acknowledged standards, regulatory and enforcement trends as well as case law
• You will also be responsible for implementing tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring and reporting obligations
• In addition, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of the management systems
• You will be part of a global compliance and risk organization
• Providing guidance on ESG Compliance related topics completes your remit

The requirements of the role include:

• You have a Bachelor's degree
• As ESG Compliance Expert you have at least 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role
• You have got in-depth knowledge of compliance management standards
• You have the knowledge of existing and upcoming EU regulations for sustainability (e.g., EUDR)
• You have experience with project management
• Your are business fluent in English
• Communicating with senior stakeholders from different levels within an organisation is a matter of course for you
• Excellent analytical, technology and cross-functional collaboration abilites set you apart

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
