Job Description
As Social Media Manager you will be responsible for creating cut through engaging content that fans love, across our social channels on both Social according to the already defined social media strategy. You will be in charge of our social media activities, enhacing our brand presence, and driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic social media initiatives.
- Strategy Implementation through social content that increases brand awareness, engagement and conversion rates for our brands.
- Leading and creating engaging social content across our social channels. Capturing live audio-visual content on-the-ground from sport arenas across Germany and/or Austria
- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice and messaging.
- Plan and execute creative and effective social media campaigns, Including contests, promotions and partnerships.
- Foster and manage a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages and encouraging user generated content.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities of engagement.
- Collaboration with third party agencies on major integrated campaigns
- Collaborate with influencers, partners and Industry stakeholders to amplify our social media presence
- Analyse social media performance data to Identify trends, Insights and areas of improvement.
- Proactively monitoring and evaluating content – around key events, conversations, sentiment and insights
- Testing and optimising as the community develops – measuring and learning as you go
- Contributing to weekly editorial meetings – ideating engaging social content initiatives around key events
- Collaborating with marketeers and designers – understanding the work is shaped by a diverse range of skillsets
- Continuosly explore new social media platforms and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital inovation
- Activating premium brand partnerships & sponsorships.
- Travel to the regions to inspire and collaborate with marketing and creative teams
- Some international travel will be needed as part of this role
