We’re looking for a skilled Copywriter and Email Marketing Specialist to help us tell the story of how easy filing US taxes can be for expats.

What You’ll Do:

• Create compelling content: Write everything from blogs and social media posts to email campaigns, ads, and product descriptions that will captivate and engage our audience.
• Own email campaigns: Be the mastermind behind our marketing emails—from brainstorming to execution to reporting. You’ll help us connect with clients and drive conversions.
• Engage & optimize: Write email copy that shows how easy filing taxes with MyExpatTaxes can be, while boosting engagement and conversions.
• Spot trends: Stay ahead of the curve and find new growth opportunities by keeping an eye on industry trends and audience behavior.
• Analyze & improve: Dive into campaign performance metrics, gather insights, and help refine our marketing strategies.
• Boost organic traffic: Develop SEO-friendly content that not only ranks well but speaks directly to the needs of our audience.

Your profile What You Offer:

• English level: C1+
  
• Attention to detail—you catch every typo and never miss an opportunity to improve content.
• Experience with SEO tools like SemRush, Google Trends, Google Search Console, and Canva.
• Eagerness to learn about personal finance and the world of US expat taxes (don’t worry, we’ll help you along the way!).
• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting, email marketing, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions.
• The ability to write for different audiences and platforms, adapting tone and style as needed.
• Creative thinker who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.

Following the guidelines of the Austrian collective bargaining agreement for IT, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of € 34,622. In addition, the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications will be considered in determining the final salary.
