You will be responsible for the Demand Planning agenda in Austria and Switzerland including leading the respective team of demand planners. You are at the heartbeat of our business, linking commercial and supply agendas, owning the Integrated Business Planning Process (IBP) ensuring having most realistic business plans in place as well as playing a key role in designing our future Business Planning Process.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Demand Planning Lead for Total Market in Austria and Switzerland
- Lead the demand management agenda for the 2 countries
- Ensuring having most realistic business plans in place as well as playing a key role in designing our future Business Planning Process
- Being the key interface to Country Senior Leadership team
- Be responsible to drive the IBP process from volume perspective, bring transparency into business drivers
- Identify and evaluate the impact of potential availability issues/commercial changes including gap assessment and risk and opportunity discussions.
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop the AT/CH Demand planning team.
- Partner with modelling team for the generation of statistical forecasting
- Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, liaising with replenishment and sales revenue planning to manage potential availability issues and the impact of under consumption.
- Drive strong linkages with the commercial, customer collaboration, modelling, order fulfilment teams and supply planning including innovation and equity
- Drive continuous capability building in the demand planning team for planning improvement.
What you will bring

- Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and commercial awareness in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment
- Open to learn new ways of working and is willing to use new tools
- Experience driving demand review and participation in an IBP cycle
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan
- Able to build effective teams
- Knowledge in leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English & German
Mandatory information in Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 78.500,-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
