Are you passionate about creating impactful connections and driving growth? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to focus on developing opportunities in the US market and contribute to the success of our Business Development team.

Your mission

As a Business Development Representative at Prewave, you will:

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through high-volume prospecting.
  • Develop new sales opportunities using outbound strategies, including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create and execute effective prospecting strategies.
  • Schedule online product demonstrations with qualified leads to help meet and exceed quarterly goals.
  • Leverage sales methodologies to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring progress is tracked and deadlines are achieved.
Your profile

Must haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales development, with a strong focus on the US market, including familiarity with US business culture, communication styles, and sales cycles.

  • Proven success in prospecting and cold-calling, particularly targeting US-based organizations across various industries.

  • Native-level English skills both written and spoken, with the ability to craft compelling outreach tailored to the US audience.

  • Outgoing personality and passion for success.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills, essential for understanding US customer needs and overcoming objections.

  • Living within a commutable distance of Vienna or willing to relocate.

  • Valid work permit for Austria


Bonus points for

  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do.

In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 2,396 per month. However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
