* As an International Project Specialist, you take over coordinating tasks and timelines in projects related to the implementation of intralogistics technology in warehouses on global ALDI markets * The independent assumption of coordination tasks and preparation of results in projects related to international logistics and process design is part of your tasks * You are participating in the ongoing development of project management in cross-team projects * You are responsible for the coordination and administration of digital collaboration platforms as well as their further development within the framework of Office 365 products * You research information and prepare presentations, minutes and documents primarily in English * Coordination and organisation of appointments and workshops, as well as independent execution of administrative tasks complement your role
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* As an International Project Specialist, you have completed studies in economics, business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on logistics/supply chain management * Initial professional experience (e.g., in project management or supply chain management) is an advantage * You are experienced in handling the PC (especially MS Office) * Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Project is an advantage * You possess business-fluent English skills (German is an advantage) * You are a motivated personality with strong communication and teamwork skills * You excel at presenting complex information in a simplified way, tailored to stakeholders across various countries, departments, and hierarchical levels * Your reliable, solution-oriented, and independent working style sets you apart * You have a strong interest and enthusiasm for food retail and international logistics and enjoy working with international teams
