We are looking for a young, motivated IT professional to join our Digital Workplace team at Red Bull IT. The successful candidate will support the existing Service Owners with activities related to the Apple Service and Digital Client Analytics. This role requires a strong interest in endpoint technologies and a particular favour for Apple devices.
Job DescriptionAPPLE SERVICE MANAGEMENT
You will assist the Apple Service Owner in managing and maintaining Apple services within the organization, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed the needs of the business and its users.
DIGITAL CLIENT ANALYTICS
You will utilize powerful tools like Nexthink to analyze and enhance the digital employee experience, identifying key opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
SERVICE DELIVERY
You will ensure that Apple services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon service levels and performance metrics, maintaining high standards and reliability.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
You will proactively identify and implement opportunities for improving Apple services and digital client analytics, driving enhancements that boost performance and user satisfaction.
INCIDENT AND PROBLEM MANAGEMENT
You will assist in managing incidents and problems related to Apple services, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on users to maintain seamless operations.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that Apple services and digital client analytics not only meet but exceed their requirements.
DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING
You will maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, providing regular reports on the performance and continuous improvement of Apple services and digital client analytics.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Professional experience in IT service management or a related field
In-depth knowledge of Apple products, macOS, iOS, and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging these technologies in a business environment are a plus
Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem, endpoint management experience and digital client analytics tools, particularly Nexthink
A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to end-users and strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with users, stakeholders, and vendors
A proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
