The advertised position is part of the technical development at INNIO and works closely with other departments in the areas of sustainability and circular economy. It involves close collaboration with the Chief Technologist on strategic projects.

Your Responsibilities:
- Participation in the creation of life cycle assessments as preparation for the Digital Product Passport (DPP) of INNIO Jenbacher products: The digital product passport is a dataset that summarizes the components, materials, and chemical substances, as well as information on repair-ability, spare parts, or proper disposal for a product. The data comes from all phases of the product life cycle and can be used in all these phases for various purposes (design, manufacturing, use, disposal).
- Support in developing the implementation plan for the DPP
- Analysis of existing life cycle assessments or DPPs for transferability to INNIO Jenbacher.
- Drafting a DPP for INNIO Jenbacher
- Developing the DPP content using a selected example.
Your Profile:
- Studies in a technical and/or economic field are advantageous
- Interest in contributing to the circular economy of INNIO Jenbacher
- Good technical understanding, analytical thinking, and good communication are essential
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and organizational relationships and concepts
- Fluent in German and English
- Independent, proactive, and flexible working approach
- Curiosity and self-initiative
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
This internship lasts for a minimum of 6 months and can be extended to 12 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
