Do you enjoy finding innovative ways to increase online sales? Join us as an eCommerce Intern and become a part of improving the customer experience on our webshop by using analysis of customer data and feedback.
We are looking for a motivated talent to join our Digital Consumer Products Team as soon as possible for a period of six months.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
CUSTOMER SERVICE INSIGHTS
As an eCommerce Intern, you'll analyse our customer emails/calls to be able to find issues and improvement areas, as well as cluster the emails to find patterns of behaviour. Additionally, you'll work with the customer service team to build a data bank of customer service and cluster relevant customer groups.
CUSTOMER DATA INSIGHTS
You'll work with Google Analytics and screen our website audit to identify improvement areas. Based on that, you'll be able to come up with recommendations on how to increase customer experience on our webshop.
SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY QUESTIONS
Another area of your responsibility will be to analyse the comments and questions received on social to document patterns and behaviours of customers.
WEBSHOP MANAGEMENT
In this internship, you'll be supporting the team in daily tasks to keep our two webshops running smoothly. Additionally, you'll work closely with our content team, supporting them in creating the right content for our webshop.
Experience

- First experience in tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus
- Self-motivated and fast learner
- Solution oriented mentality
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Transparent and hands-on personality with ability to work independently
