Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer relationships Configure and customize SAP marketing solution Emarsys Stay updated on product developments and complete certifications Your Profile:- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation
- Having worked with Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, or Hubspot
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and data modeling
- Enjoy conceptual and analytical tasks
- Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time)
- Beneficial Skills: Experience in IT application implementation and configuration in CX area, Knowledge of CSS and HTML, Familiarity with agile development processes (SCRUM, KANBAN)
