You will be part of the Vertical Markets team and responsible for the solution lifecycle management of A1 Digital Managed Connectivity Offering. You will be working in a small team with flat hierarchies and closely interlinked to the team of consultants, solution architects, platform engineers and service delivery teams.

The performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary for this role according to the collective agreement of Telekom Austria AG is EUR 55.481,02 The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Market Analysis and Trends: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define the product strategy.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with market demands and the company’s strategy.
- Product Requirements: Create detailed requirements and specifications for new products or enhancements to existing products.
- Architecture and Design: Collaborate with technical teams to define the architecture and design of IoT connectivity solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to development teams, especially when integrating new technologies or platforms.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess new technologies, networks (e.g., 5G, LPWAN), and platforms relevant to IoT applications.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate product development projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and support.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Market Launch: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales support.
- Customer Support and Feedback: Support sales and customer service to address technical queries and incorporate customer feedback into future product developments.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor product performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to understand usage patterns and identify areas for improvement.
- Security Requirements: Ensure connectivity solutions meet security standards and mitigate potential threats.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection laws, particularly in regulated markets.
- Innovation Pipeline: Build and maintain an innovation pipeline to explore new business opportunities through IoT connectivity.
- Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with technology providers, platforms, and other relevant players in the IoT ecosystem.
What You Bring To The Job
- Multiple years of professional experience within the M2M/IoT Connectivity domain
- Ability to abstract complex technical and commercial information and transform these into easy-to-understand propositions for sales and customers
- Broad interdisciplinary know-how on business topics and market understanding – preferable in one or many of the focus industries (transportation, utilities, construction, waste, manufacturing, retail)
- Market oriented and analytical, structured approach to creating customer value from emerging technologies
- Possess the ability to think in value propositions and to analyse and design multi-sided business models
- Eagerness and curiosity to develop new business models based on platform economies and ecosystems
- Ability to understand and mediate between customer needs and engineering capabilities
- Travel RequirementsOnce per quarter, for larger client meetings in the DACH region, usually lasting 1-2 days.
- English: C1 – Advanced
- German: B2 – Upper Intermediate
