Your Tasks

* Identification and assessment of IT risks as well as development and implementation of risk mitigation measures
* Creation of a consolidated IT risk perspective at the group level
* Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of relevant IT controls
* Utilisation and further development of the group-wide GRC tool with a focus on IT risk management
* Development of proposals for the advancement of group-wide IT risk management policies
* Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry-specific standards related to IT risk management

Your Profile

* Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Security, or a comparable qualification
* Extensive professional experience in IT service management, IT audit, and/or IT risk management, along with in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines, and procedures
* Experience in conducting risk analyses and assessments
* Strong understanding of IT software, IT infrastructure, networks, end-user security, and threat protection solutions
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, ITIL) and knowledge of the insurance industry or regulated sectors are advantageous
* Structured, team-oriented working style combined with a high level of initiative and flexibility
* Strong communication skills in English; an additional CEE language is an advantage
* Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approximately 25%)

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 70,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
