To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Country Marketing Manager Austria (m/f/d), who will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the Austrian market. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's success. Your mission

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the Austrian market.
• Select and manage local agencies for website projects, content production and digital marketing.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with local influencers and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localize global marketing materials for the Austrian market.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to the leadership team.

• Competitive Compensation: A highly competitive salary package complemented by an annual performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance goals - the salary for this position is at least EUR 52,000 gross annual salary for 40 hours per week. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.

Your profile

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the health sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Austrian market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong project management skills.
