In this exciting and dynamic position, you will manage the Quality Validation department at our Vienna plant. You will support both local and global project teams, implementing innovative new production technologies and enhancing existing systems, ensuring compliance with international guidelines and Takeda internal standards and procedures.
Lead and develop a team of 7 experienced experts
Ensure compliance of Vienna Quality Validation with international guidelines and Takeda internal standards and procedures
Implement Takeda Global Quality Standards in a timely manner
Provide Quality Validation support to all operations departments
Represent Quality Validation topics during internal audits and external inspections
Ensure Quality Validation is effectively implemented and operational throughout the Vienna plant
Drive continuous improvement in Quality Validation processes
Maintain excellent relationships with customer departments and offer timely support
Degree from a technical, chemical, or biological college/university with practical experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or engineering
At least 3 years of practical experience in production, engineering, or quality assurance in a pharmaceutical company
Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and a solid understanding of quality requirements in manufacturing, plant utilities, and project management
Experience in equipment and process validation
Experience with regulatory inspections
Experience in computerized system validation would be beneficial
Proven leadership experience and excellent change management
Strong communication and technical skills
Competence, responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
Team player with risk-based decision-making abilities
Proficiency in English and German
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 5.538,85 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
