with immediate effect Your mission

• Leading a team of six people with expertise in UX, software development, and content production
• Set goals related to Mavie Work’s products and drive the team towards successful execution
• Develop new products based by identifying customer needs, conducting market research, creating business plans and testing hypotheses
• Commercial product lead – you are in charge of creating business plans, pricing models, and useful product bundles & combinations
• You will work closely with our Customer center, Operations center and Marketing as well as our parent company’s CTO and innovation to launch and integrate new products
• You will be a member of the Mavie Work Group Board that steers the group’s company stragtegy

Your profile

• Leadership Experience, Digital product development expertise, excellent quantitative, commercial and communication skills. Fluency in English
• B2C User Experience, Scrum/Agile, hands on attitude (not just supervising)
• Experience in HealthTech or Health service company
• Proven track record of building or shaping a digital product (3+ years of PM experience) 
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an international environment
• Strong commercial & business development skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Basic technical knowledge and understanding of software development
• experience managing a cross-functional team / “squad” to deliver features in time 
• Good analytical, quantitative skills 
• Experience in digital health / wellbeing, gamification, habit building, behavioural science 
• Experience in hybrid models (digital product + in person service)
• Understanding of / Interest in psychology, counseling, fitness and/nutrition
• Passion to make an impact on other people’s health
• Empathy - in particular with (cross-functional) team members, customer and user

• Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross salary of at least EUR 80,000 (based on 40 hours per week) is envisaged. The final salary agreement will be made in a personal interview
