Local HR Practices: Ensure compliance with local HR practices, regulations, and standards in the country you operate.
Tier 2 Service Delivery: Execute specialized, process-driven services within Tier 2, handling complex queries and providing accurate people services.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with wider PS&O, local EUS, Workplace, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Standardization and Integration: Partner with the Operations Manager to standardize local processes and support their integration into the global Service Delivery Model.
Guidance on Global Projects: Provide insights, guidance, and feedback for global projects to ensure they meet local needs and are effectively implemented.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People Services.
Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring strict adherence to People policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Support and enhance the employee lifecycle by delivering exceptional service from onboarding to offboarding.
Data Management: Utilize HR systems and data analytics to manage employee information, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and self-service tools.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
Policy Implementation: Ensure the implementation and adherence to global and local HR policies and practices.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Meet or exceed service level expectations by delivering timely and high-quality HR services.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear and effective communication regarding HR services and processes.
HRIS Support: Assist with HR Information System (HRIS) user acceptance testing (UAT) and service rehearsal testing (SRT) activities.
