You will lead an engineering team that operates an internal developer platform
You will mentor team members and help them along their growth path in Dynatrace, empowering them to take on more responsibilities
You will conduct 1:1 and personal feedback talks with team members to support their growth and development
You will advocate Dynatrace’s culture, promoting its values and principles within the team
You will create automations from repository setup over automated builds to having a central portal for developers
You will create golden paths that lead internal developers from project creation to delivering their product
You will shape how developers interact with the platform to efficiently achieve their goals
You will make extensive use of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies like Crossplane and ArgoCD to provide internal developers with a variety of CI/CD services
What will help you succeed
2+ years of proven knowledge in Kubernetes
You are versatile with cloud providers (ideally AWS) and setting up infrastructure as code (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation)
Understanding CI/CD, ideally backed by experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and rewards
We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience.
