Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/d)

As an Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/d) within our Service Engineering department you will develop new service products to optimize life-cycle costs and expand our overhauled parts portfolio. At INNIO we offer you:

• Focus on extending the lifetime, re-manufacturing, and repair methods of gas engine components, and optimizing maintenance
• Participate in measurement campaigns on engine test benches and customer sites
• Define and drive validation of new service products
• Conduct field investigations to resolve system and component issues
• Collaborate with departments like service product management, manufacturing, quality, and field operations
• Support project definition and execution using project management techniques
• Perform design, simulation, testing, data analysis, and functional specifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or Higher Technical School (e.g., HTL)
• Knowledge of reciprocating engines and ideally quality/project management tools
• Experience in product development and data analysis
• Proven engine/product development experience
• Strong team spirit combined with flexible mindset and ability to prioritize
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English
