IT Business Analyst - SAP FI/CO (f/m/d)

In this role, you are responsible for managing processes and sub-processes, gathering and preparing IT requirements from internal customers, and keeping them informed about IT actions. You analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and consult on IT solutions. Additionally, you collaborate closely with the Lead Business Analyst to ensure strategic alignment and coherence across processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on IT process improvement strategies and methodologies

• Analysis of business processes and identification of improvement potentials

• Actively engages in the gathering and initial analysis of requirements, working under the guidance of the IT Lead Business Analyst to ensure alignment with business needs

• Supports stakeholder management by acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the IT team, facilitating communication and understanding of stakeholder needs

• Support in knowledge management and training

• Innovation and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or comparable degree or equivalent at least 5 years professional domain experience

• Experience working in international environments

• Expert knowledge and practical experience in SAP FI/CO

• High solution orientation and technical understanding

• Awareness of IT Security principles as well as knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization

• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
