The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Human Resources Coordinator focused on Learning

Exciting projects include:

• Administrative recording, preparation and follow-up, control and preparation of all training-relevant topics
• Planning, development and partial implementation of all internal and external training courses
• Identification of training needs in cooperation with the department heads
• Preparation of development plans and support for implementation

Helpful experience and know-how:

• Great interest in training / personnel development
• Knowledge of the upscale hotel or catering industry is advantageous
• Communication strength and expressiveness
• Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language (other foreign languages are advantageous)
• valid work permit for Austria
• An organized and structured way of working
