About the Role

* Drafting, revising and negotiating various national and international contracts for all business units
* Providing legal advice to business units in company related legal matters (contract- and commercial law, liability topics, NDAs, employment law etc.)
* Support in legal compliance, Corporate Governance and data protection matters
* Legal support and coordination for all corporate activities (Corporate Housekeeping) and for M&A projects (national and international)
* Cooperation with authorities and ministries / interface function with external law firms

Your Profile

* Completed law studies at an Austrian university
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the legal industry or in a law firm
* German at native language level
* Proficiency in business English
* Communication/organizational skills, resilient, ability to work in a team, strong interest in an international working environment
* Completed bar exam and /or post graduate studies advantageous
