What you can expect As a Business Analyst in the Department of Climate and Environmental Protection, you will be responsible for identifying and optimizing (complex) internal business processes and leveraging digitization potential in coordination and cooperation with the specialist departments, with a focus on business process and requirements management. This may involve the following tasks in full or in part: You will survey, record, document and model tool-based actual processes. You will plan and support process analysis, design and develop business processes, analyse (digitalization) potential, recommend solutions and determine the technical requirements on the basis of processes. You will also create specialist concepts that form the bridge between the specialist department and the central IT service provider and support the introduction of new software applications and processes.
