We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Onsite Field Technician to join our team in Austria, covering the Eugendorf and Salzburg locations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Incident Management:
- Handle and manage incidents through the ITSM tool.
- Ensure services comply with SLA requirements and manage incidents efficiently.
2. Onsite Support:
- Provide hands-on technical support at workplace environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
3. Mobile Device Support:
- Assist users with troubleshooting and support for iOS and Android devices.
4. Hardware Maintenance:
- Perform hardware checks and replace faulty cables and devices as required.
5. Request Management (IMAC):
- Perform Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities as needed.
6. System Configuration:
- Install and configure client computers using SCCM for Windows 10 systems.
- Install and configure printers as part of system setup.
7. Ticket Management:
- Document, update, and ensure all tickets are closed in a timely manner.
8. Inventory and Logistics:
- Manage stock, conduct regular inventory checks, and handle vendor RMAs.
- Ensure timely shipment of devices to spoke or remote locations.
9. Remote Support:
- Provide remote IT support to spoke and remote sites as necessary.
- Travel onsite to support smaller locations when needed.
10. Additional Tasks:
- Assist with IT equipment logistics and support processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Desktop and Smart Hands Support, IT support, or a similar role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software.
- Experience with Windows 10, SCCM, and iOS/Android devices.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA management.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (C1) and Austrian German (C1).
- Other:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and logistics effectively.
- Must have a car and be willing to commute between Salzburg and Eugendorf (within 15km), and travel to remote locations as required.
