We are looking for our customer in Kalsdorf from now on:

Leading Position System Engineering (m/w/x)

• Disciplinary, strategic and project-related management of a team in the field of system engineering
• Manage product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to ensure clear and achievable results
• Establishing and supporting structured REQ and architectural thinking in the design teams
• Manage the scope of work related to Li-ion cell integration by fostering collaboration with internal and global interfaces
• Build a global BMS platform that meets market demands in terms of cost and functionality.
• Innovation in the BMS development process with the pursuit of efficiency (process, documentation, tools, certification)
• Create and manage boundaries to obtain external certifications in FuSa and cybersecurity in a timely manner

• Completed technical training
• Several years of professional experience in a management position in the field of automotive development
• Knowledge of processes/tools for REQ management in the automotive industry
• Technically open-minded and ambiguous to act at the interface between all disciplines involved in battery technology
• Leading by example, integrity, transparency and accountability
• Innovation and cost-driven mindset
• Seeing the future with strategic thinking
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills

The minimum salary is € 98,000,-- gross/year. depending on the specific professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
