We are looking for a Manager Performance Marketing (f/m/d) to strategically lead and optimize our Paid Socials and Google channels to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Your areas of responsibility
- Strategically lead Paid Socials and Google channels, ensuring campaigns align with OKRs, business goals, and growth objectives.
- Drive high-budget, multi-channel campaigns from setup to execution, optimizing for ROI and long-term scalability.
- Mentor and manage team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
- Oversee and refine workflows, ensuring efficient processes, alignment with creative teams, and continuous performance improvement.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions, balancing short-term results with long-term growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and design teams to ensure assets meet campaign needs and drive results.
- Take ownership of multi-channel campaign performance, monitoring key metrics and reporting insights to ensure resource efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and implement innovative strategies for cost optimization and performance gains.
Your profile
- At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in Paid Socials and Google/SEA.
- Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
- A deep understanding of D2C performance marketing, including scaling campaigns and audience targeting.
- Advanced analytical and strategic skills, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

- Working Hours: 38,5h
- Salary(FT): The minimum wage for this position is 47.000€ per year. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
- Duration: We are looking for a long term addition to our motivated team
- Location: Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
