Performance Marketing Senior (Paid Socials, META) (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) who will elevate our Paid Socials efforts to the next level.

• Develop and execute Paid Social strategies aligned with OKRs to meet revenue, profit, and cost-efficiency goals.
  
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights, focusing on continuous improvement and scalability.
  
• Lead smaller projects, managing timelines, execution, and measurable outcomes with clear accountability.
  
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to align content, videos, and messaging with performance goals.
  
• Support junior team members by providing feedback, clarifying tasks, and fostering a constructive, growth-oriented environment.
  
• Refine workflows and processes with clear KPIs and feedback loops to enhance long-term channel growth and efficiency.
  
• Identify and address weaknesses in your channel while implementing scalable solutions for active improvements.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in META Ads Manager or other Paid Social platforms.
• Experience in fast-paced D2C marketing environments, with a focus on performance.
• A strong understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and scaling opportunities.
• Confidence in managing increasing budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work independently.

• Salary(FT): The minimum wage for this position is 40.000€ per year. However, your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications. We are open to overpayment for experience.
