We are looking for a Strategic Project Manager / Value Creation Officer to establish and lead our Value Creation Office , responsible for accelerating the value creation at fiskaly, aligning strategic initiatives with fiskaly’s growth strategy across the EU and driving portfolio, project and change management. This role is ideal for an independent, hands-on and pro-active leader who excels at translating business goals into actionable projects, has great organizational and communication skills, and is a team player fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership.
The Role: The Value Creation Officer (VCO) will lead fiskaly’s Value Creation Office, establishing key structures to accelerate value creation and growth, ensuring clarity on the strategic direction of the organization, and driving portfolio and project efficiency. Reporting to the CEO and executive board and working closely with the project teams and other stakeholders, the VCO will align and prioritize cross-functional projects based on fiskaly’s strategic goals, manage resource allocation across projects, and optimize delivery and tracking for scalable, long-term impact of strategic projects.
In the first year, the VCO will establish, solidify and continuously improve Value Creation Office structures, best practices, processes and tools. The role may involve limited international travel, depending on the impact of specific initiatives on our European subsidiaries.
Establish and Optimize Value Creation Office Operations:
Proactively identify and remove barriers for value creation, streamline workflows, and ensure effective reporting mechanisms for portfolio management.
Drive ongoing improvement for Value Creation Office structures and processes as well as project execution.
Strategic Project Management:
Implement robust project evaluation, tracking, and prioritization frameworks, directly linking initiatives to strategic outcomes.
Plan, coordinate and track resource allocation with cross-functional teams to ensure critical projects receive the support they require.
Establish, sustain, and continuously improve impact-oriented best practices, standards, and guidelines for project execution.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish a data-driven reporting structure to deliver up-to-date insights into project status, resource usage, and impact.
Manage regular reporting cycles with executive leadership/key stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and progress towards objectives.
Establish and maintain high data standards for tracking strategic KPIs and project health indicators, ensuring accuracy and actionability.
Leadership and Talent Development:
Provide mentorship, support and upskilling to project leaders, ensuring consistent project quality and encouraging continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Collaborate closely to build and sustain strong partnerships with the executive board, department heads, and investor representatives as well as with project teams to ensure the alignment of projects with strategic objectives.
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on value creation goals and the strategic direction of the Value Creation Office.
Lead regular stakeholder updates and workshops, fostering transparency and active engagement in the Value Creation Office’s initiatives.
Facilitate strategic prioritization and decision meeting with key stakeholders.
Ensure communication across project teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment and to ensure that project dependencies and risks are managed through dialogue.
5+ years of full-time professional experience in (multi-)project management, strategy execution, or business development, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful, cross-functional projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, including experience in mentoring and guiding stakeholders to achieve results.
You are familiar with regulated industries (e.g., fiscalization, compliance) is preferred but not required.
