• Provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the leadership team
• Coordinating and scheduling of appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and corporate events
• Creating and preparing of analyses, reports, presentations and other documents as needed
• Act as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless and effective correspondence
• Handling of general office management tasks (confidential information discreet treatment), emails, calls and other communications
• Participating in strategic international projects, including research and preparation of business cases

• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred - hands-on mentality
• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to bridge time zone implications and potentially flexible working hours
• Excellent fluent in German and English, written and verbal communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working as well as organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Flexibility, resilience and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
