As an Office AllrounderIn (m/w/x) at MAD Ventures, you keep our small office community - consisting of five young companies - running smoothly. You handle general office tasks, act as the first point of contact for organizational questions related to office management, and ensure order throughout the entire floor. You enjoy plenty of creative freedom, actively contribute to planning company events, and lend a helping hand wherever needed.

• Managing incoming mail (emails, postal mail, etc.) and handling preliminary accounting and file organization

• Serving as the contact person for property management, office equipment, and office supply orders

• Ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in the reception area and shared spaces incl. our kitchen

• Assisting with planning and organizing company events

• Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms

• High level of initiative, self-reliance, and a hands-on mentality

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset

• Strong communication skills (in both German and English)

• Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. MS Office 365)

• A creative streak and an eye for details

• A minimum gross annual salary of € 18.200 for 20 hours per week

• Permanent part-time employment (15-20 hours per week), with preferred working hours between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and a 4-day workweek

• Mobility package (annual public transport ticket for Tyrol or free parking near the office)
