Robotics Engineer (f/m/x)

• Commissioning of robotic solutions on customer sites
• Testing of release candidates in-house
• Providing feedback to the production and R&D teams in Vienna
• Preparation of technical specifications and documentation
• Solving problems where the solution is not always clear
• Software tooling
• Assisting in inter-departmental product development
• In-field and remote troubleshooting
• Customer support

• Background in computer science / mechatronics – preferred, but not required
• Basic experience with Python is necessary
• Experience with Linux and programming preferred
• An interest in the relationship between mechatronic assemblies and their software environment
• Experience in customer support would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills - internal & external communication is a big part of this role - you will work with internal departments and customers to ensure the successful delivery of robotic systems to the customer.
• Interest in travelling worldwide (35%)
