OVERVIEW
As our Customer Care Executive - Ballsport you will be supporting existing Ballsport partners and keeping them engaged, as well as onboarding new Ballsport clients to our software solution, the Eversports Manager. During the onboarding and training by our specialists, you will quickly take over responsibility and manage your own projects and contribute with your personal impact to our mission to "make sports happen".
Full time (35 hours per week with every second week one day off)

YOUR TASKS
- Respond to support tickets from our Ballsport partners via chat or email
- Lead the onboarding process and conduct video meetings for new venues
- Build personal relationships with partners and maintain them by organizing engagement meetings on a regular basis
- Manage seasonal changes in the configuration of the Ballsport accounts
- Accompany implementations of new features and tools alongside the product team to ensure user acceptance
- Ensure the quality of our software by reporting technical bugs or performance issues to the engineering department
- Document meeting outcomes systematically in our CRM System
- Insure that client issues and concerns are resolved effectively
- Engage with your Customer Care team in company-wide projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent German skills and very good English skills - any other language (French, Dutch, etc.) is considered a plus
- First work experience within Customer Care or Account Management
- Sport is your passion and you either have a background or a high interest in working in this area
- Strong technical affinity with proficiency in using Google Workspace - experience with HubSpot or database technologies is regarded as a huge asset in your profile
- High client-facing competencies and possession of exceptional communication skills
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to solve problems effectively
