Data Analysts interpret data, create meaningful reports, and support businesses in making informed decisions. By analyzing trends and patterns, they help optimize business processes and identify new opportunities.

A Human View

Despite the many fully automatic enquiry possibilities through artificial intelligence or deep learning, the most important task is often left to humans. Although an AI can detect patterns, they are not necessarily able to detect cause and effect. If one wants to know why the detected patterns occur, it is the task of the data scientist to comprehensibly explain causal relationships.



What you’ll be doing:

As the Marketing Technology Manager at Pluxee for Germany and Austria, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing technology solutions and processes. A key focus of your role is to execute the strategic plan for Pluxee's digital marketing platforms, aligning with global standards and guidelines from the headquarters. You will work closely with other departments to ensure our marketing technology stacks are seamlessly integrated and support our corporate goals.

Responsibilities

Technology Management: Implement, monitor, and manage processes within our marketing platforms to ensure they are efficiently utilized and comply with global standards.

CRM Process Optimization: Ensure smooth marketing workflows and identify process improvements within the marketing platforms to enhance efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze marketing data with our campaign management to gain insights into customer interaction and campaign performance. Optimize and develop reports that support data-driven decisions.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and the headquarters to ensure that marketing technology contributes to the company's overall goals and integrates global directives.

Consultation and Support: Assist the marketing team and other departments in implementing campaigns or processes related to the technologies used.

Research and Recommendations: Research and recommend the latest marketing technologies for lead generation.



You’re a match
Certifications Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-focused marketing environment.

Substantial experience in marketing orchestration with technology platforms.

Strong knowledge of marketing platforms like HubSpot and Brevo, as well as CRM systems. Proficient in implementing automated workflows, creating landing pages, and email/newsletter campaigns.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or a related field.

Languages:
Fluent in English, basic German knowledge preferrable.

Competencies:
Attention to Detail

Experience in data analysis, reporting, and implementing global standards.

Ability to simplify and implement complex marketing technology processes and solve problems promptly.

High adaptability to changing business and market conditions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
