Job Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated Working Student (15-20 hours) to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team in Graz (Austria). This role will support the global rollout of Workday Learning, our new Learning Management System (LMS), and assist our experts in the fields of data analytics and the design of management dashboards. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the success of our global learning initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the global rollout of Workday Learning, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Support the development and maintenance of knowledge resources for Workday Learning (ex. training materials, user guides, online resources, AI tools, etc.) for all types of users
- Collaborate with the L&D team to gather and analyze data related to learning metrics and support further enhancements on manager dashboards.
- Provide administrative support for various L&D projects, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the LMS and other digital learning tools.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Education, Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, with a desire to gain experience in learning metrics and digital learning technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Workday and/or other LMS platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English, very good German language skills

- We offer a gross salary of € 2.000, - per month for 38.5 hours per week (this position is part-time between 15 and 20 hours a week).
