What to expect

• Enroll in the PhD program and collaborate in an interdisciplinary and international research project under the direction of Prof. Susann Fiedler
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of a large scale field study
• Attendance of international conferences
• Publication of research projects in international journals

What you have to offer

• Master degree in psychology, business and management (alternatively in a related field) that qualifies you for enrollment in a doctoral program at WU.
• Interested in the following fields: decision making, leadership, wellbeing
• Strong background and interest to expand skills in experimental social science methodology / statistics
• Strong motivation to contribute to the interdisciplinary agenda of the institute
• Fluency in English required
• Highly motivated, curious, well organized, team player
