Your mission and responsibilities:
You’re a part of a diverse and dynamic team, that encourages creativity and continuous development. In this newly created position you have a strategic and operational responsibility for planning and delivering efficient communications to help employees understand the changes and their implications related to business strategic directions and objectives, as well as safeguard and leverage our company brand and reputation.
In this role you report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication and you are a member of the Marketing and Communication team at the Powder Solutions Division.
To be more specific, your daily tasks include:
Plan and perform relevant internal and corporate communication actions to increase awareness and knowledge of ongoing activities, change management initiatives in the division by utilizing appropriate channels and in alignment with our company strategy, vision and business objectives
Plan and produce high quality engaging and informative content for communication materials to support the management team in conveying information effectively. Ensure content is clear, consistent and aligned with our core values and corporate culture
Gather and analyze data related to communication efforts, including employee surveys, feedbacks and metrics and drive improvements in the communication process.
Develop and lead communication projects and initiatives to enhance colleague engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
Support Employer Branding strategy and communication activities in collaboration with HR team
Plan and execute community involvement activities and sponsoring in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Assist in managing communications related to change initiatives. Ensure that colleagues are informed about changes, understand their implications, and feel supported throughout the transition
Support the Crisis and Incident communication process
Your background and profile
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge and experience in internal and corporate Communication and you have
University degree and/or adequate experience within communications or marketing
Adequate experience within the communications profession preferably from relevant industries and company structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to convey (in writing) complex information in clear and understandable formats to a wide range of audiences with differing levels of understanding.
Change management experience, specifically helping employees navigate transitions and maintaining employee engagement and morale during change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with emphasize on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience with collaboration tools and platforms such as MS Teams, , social media platforms and Intranet systems will be an advantage. ,
Excellent written English and German language skills

The location for this position is preferably at our headquarters at Wolfram in St. Martin / Austria while other locations in Europe might be an option for the right candidate with approx. 50% of the time presence at the site. As this is a global role international travel is included in your job.
Based on the collective bargaining agreement we offer you an annual gross salary starting from EUR 65.000 for fulltime. Your actual salary will be market competitive and takes individual qualification and experience into account.
