We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to
join our Membership team in Vienna. If you are passionate about data

Main tasks and responsibilities

Membership Database Management: Maintain, update, and
improve the membership database to ensure accuracy, consistency, and
accessibility of member records.

Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular and
ad-hoc reports to monitor membership trends, engagement, and retention
rates.

Support Membership Processes: Assist in processing
membership applications, renewals, and status updates.

Member Support: Provide timely and professional
assistance to members via phone and email, addressing inquiries,
resolving issues, and ensuring a positive membership experience.

Data Quality Control: Implement checks to identify and
resolve errors, duplicates, or discrepancies in the membership data.

Communication Support: Collaborate with the Membership
and Communications teams to personalize member outreach and support.

System Optimization: Work with IT teams to improve
membership systems and suggest enhancements for better efficiency and
user experience.

Compliance: Ensure all data management practices comply
with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
Key requirements
-
Proven experience in a similar data administration, CRM, or database
management role (experience in non-profits or membership organizations
is a plus).

Strong proficiency in data management tools and CRMs, such as for
example Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms (experience
in working with Events Air is a plus).

Strong proficiency in working with project management tools (experience
in working with Confluence and Jira is a plus).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly
and patient approach to assisting members.

Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level). Additional languages
(e.g., German, French, or Spanish) are an advantage.

Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for reporting purposes.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct
data errors.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet
deadlines.

Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) is desirable.

The minimum starting salary is € 2,500 gross, with the option to
negotiate based on the qualification and experience of the candidate
