For our Business Organization division in the IT Operations department, we are looking for you as a Team Coordinator IT Infrastructure Management (f/m/div) 60% remote possible Here you can let off steam: With your technical expertise and your motivating and inspiring manner, you will lead our IT infrastructure management team, ensuring smooth and stable IT operations. In particular, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of faults and ensure the quality of service provision in incident management. Standards and automation make life easier (not only) in IT: we rely on your clever and holistic input when it comes to automation concepts as well as the overarching design, implementation and controlling of methods, protocols and standards. You have strategically important suggestions for improving our administrative processes, develop central IT security controls and work closely with the specialist departments and stakeholders to develop risk analyses, emergency concepts and exit strategies. With a good sense of teamwork, quality and good service, you bring the right IT service providers to our side and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the collaboration. We can also rely on your expertise when it comes to hardware and software: you reliably take care of procurement and testing and are responsible for the license forecast. In the management of IT projects, you shine with organizational skills, take responsibility for IT asset management and juggle figures, data and facts for budget planning. This is where your skills count: You have a degree in (business) informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or comparable training with professional experience. You know what it takes for successful infrastructure management and the professional leadership of teams in the field of IT infrastructure and application operations. You know your way around firewalls, VPN infrastructures and endpoint protection. You already have experience in working with outsourced IT service providers (outsourcing), SLA control and management.
