• You are proactive, self-motivated and wish to embrace 'attention to detail' as your daily mantra
• You have a basic understanding what Web Content Accessibility is about
• You have a natural confidence with your communication skills and you don't have fear to state your constructive criticism
• You have a strong interest to make George more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including accommodations for blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and a combination of these
• You respectfully challenge your colleagues and being challenged in return is welcomed by you
• You are passionate about learning, and want to help others learn too
• You feel confident to work on your own

• Enrolled student with on-going program at university
• You are curious about how things work and understand that a bug is not just an insect
• You have analytical skills and a structured working mode
