Structural Analysis Engineer - Stress (f/m/d)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join our growing start-up company in the aviation industry. You will be responsible for conducting structural analysis and stress assessments of rotor parts and systems.

As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will:

• Perform structural analysis and stress assessments of parts and systems.
• Create and manage global and detailed FE models of parts and systems from metal and plastic.
• Particular focus on topics as:
  • Linear and nonlinear static analysis
  • Fatigue analysis (LCF, HCF)
  • Fracture mechanics analysis
  • Vibration analysis such as Modal, Harmonic or forced response, Random vibration and Rotor dynamics.
• Validate and refine structural models through testing and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to the development of analysis tools and methodologies.
• Provide recommendations for design modifications and optimization based on structural analysis.
• Create clear and concise technical reports and documentation.
• Review, manage and use internal and external analysis data.
• Stay up to date with aviation regulations and standards as well as the latest advancements in finite element simulation software and methodologies.
