ROLE OVERVIEW

Software Developer | Vienna, Austria

We are seeking a Software Developer with a passion for front-end application development and solving complex data challenges. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level professional who is eager to engage with cross-functional teams, including traders, quants, and senior management. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use the Django web framework to develop and manage configurations for consuming, enhancing, and visualizing data.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Investment teams to build a suite of trading and risk-related tools and dashboards.
• Create and maintain internal and end-user documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Experience with Django or a similar Python web framework.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Experience with GitHub/Git or comparable distributed version control system.
• Comfortable working in a Linux command-line environment.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Airflow is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
• Strong analytical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude.

COMPENSATION

The all-inclusive salary for this position STARTS at EUR 75.000,00. Competitive and performance-based compensation package, depending upon qualifications.
