• Project Management of Procurement Initiatives: Responsible for managing various procurement-led projects, involving planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful completion
• Detailed Planning and Status Tracking: Requires thorough planning and continuous tracking of project statuses to ensure all procurement projects are on schedule
• Implementation of Corrective Actions: Proactively implement corrective measures or escalate issues when project deliverables are at risk, ensuring projects remain on track
• Maintenance and Reporting of KPIs: Involves maintaining and reporting key performance indicators related to procurement, essential for tracking project success and areas for improvement
• Preparation of Executive Reports & Presentation Slides: Prepare reports for senior leadership, requiring effective communication of project progress and outcomes to stakeholder
• Strong Organizational Skills: Essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects of the procurement process align with project goals

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a technical field (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, or process engineering)
• Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with experience in project management, combined with teamwork, willingness to learn, and commitment
• Customer Service and Communication: Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Approach and Improvement: Structured and systematic approach with an eagerness to continuously improve existing processes
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Technical Skills: Very good MS-Office skills, good knowledge of ERP systems

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
